Sommers & Schwartz LLP has dissolved effective May 1, 2019. 

This is part of a restructuring that further integrates both Frank Sommers and Andrew Schwartz with Bartko, Zankel, Bunzel & Miller, a firm with which both S&S partners have been, and will continue to remain, of counsel.  At the same time, the new firm, Sommers Law PC, also of counsel to the Bartko firm, preserves flexibility with respect to fee structures for clients whose cases do not need the firm’s full engagement.

Mr. Sommers will remain of counsel, but through his new professional  corporation, which will allow both former S&S partners to offer clients the most flexible fee structure possible. Both Andy and Frank will continue to be available to work together as case requirements dictate. At the same time, both will be able to draw on the resources of the Bartko, Zankel, Bunzel and Miller firm on an as-needed basis for cases that require either a deeper bench or specific skill sets.
